Chocolate mousse

När jag var liten älskade jag vispad chokladmousse med grädde. På den tiden gjorde min mamma det från påse som man vispade med mjölk. Tror inte att den var speciellt nyttig men god var den.

When I was little, I loved chocolate mousse with whipped cream. At that time, my mom made it from a small bag and whipped the powder with milk. I do not think it was particularly healthy but it was really good .

Sedan jag blev sjuk har jag sett många dela olika recept på chokladmousse. Varje gång så har jag tänkt att det skulle vara gott att testa. Men det var inte förrän i kväll det blev av.

Since I got sick, I have seen many share different recipes for chocolate mousse. Every time I have thought that it would be a good one to try. But it was not until today  I manage to try it.

OMG, varför har jag inte testat detta förut. Det kommer bli oftare nu… antagligen redan i morgon.😜

OMG, why have not I tried this before. There will be more often now … probably already tomorrow😜

This recipe is for 4-5 persons

3 bananas

1 avocado

1 teaspoon vanilla powder (vaniljpulver)

4-5 tablespoons cocoa powder (kakao)

1 packet coconut milk, (kokosmjölk) 500 grams

10 dates (Dadlar)

1 tablespoon honey (honung)

3 tablespoons chia seeds (chiafrön)

Mix it all together in a blender.

Let it set for a couple of hours in the fridge.
